about

2. Bumblebees and Marigold Flowers - The forces of Nature are being explored here. Science knows there is a close relationship between insects and flowers. Fred Hopkins mimics the sound of a bumblebee in flight during his bass solo. The band moves through this music in a manner similar to the flight of a bumblebee. Bees appear to move at random without direction, rhyme or reason, but, there is always a purpose and a place for every occurence in Nature. Flowers are important to bees. They gather sap from them in order to make honey.
